Driver Partner Terms

Draft version: 2026-10-22-v1. Requires Curaçao legal review before public use.

1. Application and verification

Driver accounts must verify email and submit required identity, license, insurance, permit, registration and photo documents. Only an administrator may approve or suspend eligibility. Missing, expired or rejected documents prevent receiving rides.

2. Availability and location

While online, drivers allow the platform to process current GPS coordinates to manage ride requests. The driver app must explain the difference between foreground and background location permission; background tracking requires explicit consent and mobile platform approvals.

3. Fares and fees

Drivers see assigned fares, accepted bids, and applicable platform commission before accepting work. Cash, own POS, company POS and account transactions must be reconciled according to documented settlement rules.

4. Safety and service

Drivers must comply with local transport licensing, insurance, traffic and passenger safety requirements, and maintain accurate vehicle and document records. Trip chats must not be used for harassment.

5. Suspension and complaints

Administrators may place accounts on hold for review. Rejected document submissions produce a notification; drivers should have a documented way to appeal and resubmit before launch.

6. Data protection

The platform stores private driver documents and GPS history and needs a public privacy notice detailing access, retention and erasure processes. Payment, employment classification and dispute terms require local professional review.
