Customer Terms of Service

1. The service

Cabbie Taxi is a platform for requesting taxi, prebooked, shared, hourly and tour transport. Fare quotes depend on the selected service and the booking terms shown before confirmation. Driver availability is not guaranteed.

2. Booking and payment

Customers must provide accurate pickup, destination, passenger count and contact information. The price, payment method, and any permitted changes should be confirmed before a ride is accepted. Payment methods not yet connected to a real gateway are not charged automatically.

3. Cancellation

The cancellation policy, fee type, free-cancellation cutoff, and grace period configured by Cabbie Taxi must be displayed when booking and prior to cancellation. Any fees remain subject to applicable consumer protections.

4. Safety and conduct

Users must treat drivers respectfully, follow applicable safety laws, and use SOS or emergency services as appropriate. Reviews are optional. Sharing abusive or unlawful material in chat is prohibited.

5. Privacy and retention

Account, location, trip, payment, and communications data are processed to provide and secure the service. A separate, legally reviewed privacy notice must describe retention, rights, processors and international transfers before launch.

6. Support and complaints

Before launch Cabbie Taxi must publish its registered business identity, official support email, legal jurisdiction, and complaint/escalation procedure.
